If your Social Club or Organisation would like to become involved in these fantastic Discounted Holiday Packages and raise some funds for your cause give us a call and we can arrange to have some flyers sent out.
To purchase through this section of the website:
1. Current code supplied to your organisation MUST be provided
2. Package MUST be secured prior to the close date on your current flyer.
3. Only those packages listed on the flyer and secured through your organisation will attract the "Super Saving" $49.00 deposit. All packages secured through the website will be @$69.00.
4. Once deposit is paid the package price is held firm for use over the next 12 months.
5. No deposit's will be received after the close date issued (on current flyer)
We guarantee these prices cannot be beaten.
Once deposit is paid you will be issued with a Voucher number required to make your booking at these discounted prices. We will then mail this to your home address for use over the next 12 months.
This then MUST be handed in at the resort when you arrive. NOTE: Failure to do so will result in the full tariff being charged. NO EXCEPTION!

Q. Are the Package prices listed a per person charge or for the whole accommodation package?
A. The price listed for each package is for the entire package. There is no per person price.

Q. What is the surcharge price for a resort?
A. The surcharge as a guide is $100.00 per night over Christmas and Easter periods and $60.00 per night other school and public holidays. Special Events standard rates apply.

Q. Does my initial deposit reserve my accommodation with the resort?
A. No. The initial deposit reserves the accommodation package at that price. Your reservation must be made directly with the resort.

Q. Do I need to make the reservation?
A. Yes. After you have made your initial deposit Ultimate Getaways will forward your accommodation voucher to you. Upon receiving this voucher you should telephone your resort to make the reservation. Voucher MUST BE HANDED IN AT CHECK-IN!

A. No. The surcharge is a cost per night per package. There is no per person cost.

A. Yes. You can change resort packages after the initial deposit however, it is subject to a $20.00 fee.
