A voucher number MUST be provided to book dates and then the voucher MUST be handed in at check in.

2. We are quite happy to check availability for you if you have specific travel dates. (normally you have 12 months to book)
3. Some packages are exclusive and will not be offered to the genral public.
4. We guarantee you will not find a better offer at the resorts we list to you.
5. The free extension of vouchers should they run out of time to use them.
CONDITIONS:
1. You MUST be a current Member or Affilite organisation to secure your Voucher and your employee number is required at the time of purchase. (Voucher is provided in Member name only and ID is required at check in at the resort)
2. When you are ready, using the booking information provided by Getaways, ring the resort and make your booking.
3. Keep your voucher in a safe and handy spot as you will need it to book and check in at the resort.
4. All packages and prices are correct at time of publication but maybe withrawn at any time.
5. All School, Public Holiday's and Special Events will incur a surcharge. (unless stipulated differently)
6. No resort will take direct bookings without the Voucher Number provided by Ultimate Getaways Australia. (this will incur a full tariff being charged)
7. The only way to secure your voucher is through this Website link.
8. PAY PAL PAYMENTS PREFERED We no longer accept credit card payments over the telephone.
9. Payment by cheque / money order MUST be received within 5 days of request being made.
10. A $20.00 transfer fee will apply to all vouchers transfered between properties.
